We won’t leave anyone in suspense:
Zac Efron is on the mend, folks.
However, things took a turn for the worse this weekend, at least for a while, after the very handsome actor was rushed to a medical center after what his rep described to TMZ was a “minor swimming incident” at a villa in Ibiza on an August night. Got to be unstable.
The celebrity gossip site reported that Efron was released the next morning and is doing well.
The representative stressed that his client was viewed by doctors only as a PrecautionHowever, an insider previously told TMZ that Efron had to be removed from the pool by two staff members.
So whatever happened, it had to be a big deal.
Of course, the important thing is that Efron is recovering well and doesn’t sound like he suffered any real damage.
The High School Musical alum was spotted on stage with DJ Martin Garrix earlier this week during a show at the Ibiza Hotel and Beach Club in the Spanish city of Ushuaia.
He’s also stopped in St. Tropez, Mykonos and Paris in the last month… leaving us seriously wishing we had a life like Zac Efron.
Not just for those six packs or that smile.
The 36-year-old suffered a broken jaw and health issues in 2013 after an accident at home.
The actor’s latest role was as a romance with Nicole Kidman in the Netflix film Family Matters last month. Simone Biles paid tribute to her after winning the women’s team gold medal in a comprehensive finale, writing on Instagram Story:
“So proud of you @simonebiles.”
We all feel that way, don’t we?
We are all glad that Zac Efron was not seriously injured in this incident.
