However, it has emerged.
The boys’ parents – especially Donna – have been known to show up to their games. They became celebrities through their sons and Travis’ extremely famous girlfriend.

In fact, in 2023, the brothers faced off in the Super Bowl. That puts their parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, in an awkward but unprecedented position: as parents in the NFL, fighting for both sides of their children in the biggest game. Come on guys.
Jason and Travis Kelce’s parents, Donna and Ed Kelce, are divorced. Even so, they (especially Donna) were known for showing up at their son’s games.
The two first met – apparently decades ago – at Fagan’s Pub in Cleveland. It was time after get off work, and the two hit it off. Donna (then played by Donna Blaylock) ended up canceling the date because she enjoyed chatting with Ed Kyles so much.
Donna drove him home so he could shower and change clothes after the day’s work. Later, they went to another bar, The No Name, to continue chatting.

Donna and Ed Kelce were together for more than 20 years before divorcing.
Let’s be honest, Travis and Jason Kelce’s parents would rather get divorced sooner than they do. They stay together for the sake of their children – which always risks backfiring. But they knew the logistics of becoming co-parents would be a “nightmare” given their then-young son’s budding athletic career.
Guest appearance during Brotherhood 2023 new heights On the podcast, Donna Kelce confirmed that she and Ed have been divorced for more than a decade. However, they made it clear that things remain amicable.
Donna confirmed that she and Ed “are still friends to this day.” She went on to describe: “We get along very well. It’s just that sometimes people break up. Sad but true!”
Ed Kyles chimed in to tell Travis and Jason that he “just wants your mother to be happy.”
Even though Donna and Ed broke up, they don’t regret getting married. It’s part of their life story. Most importantly, their marriage gave them amazing children.
Donna and Ed are also grandparents
In 2019, Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce welcomed their first daughter, Wyatt. Since then, they have welcomed daughters Elliot and Bennett.
Ed Kelce lives not far from Jason. This allowed him to spend more time with his cherished grandchildren.
So even though Jason and Travis Kelce’s parents are divorced, the family is still a very happy unit.
