Meri Brown knows what she wants.
Or more specifically… Meri Brown knows what she doesn’t want.
Sister Wives stars on The Sarah Fraser Show this week and delves into a number of personal themes.
For example, she wonders if she should have ended her marriage to Kody Brown sooner.
Now yes Finally free, however, after the two announced the end of their relationship in January 2023, Meri made it clear in an interview:
She had no intention of going back.
Meili noted that she sees speculative headlines about a possible settlement “all the time” and assured podcast listeners:
“I promise this will never happen.”
Even then, her mother started singing part of Taylor Swift’s hit song “We Are Never Ever Together Again” to really drive home the point.
Along with Meri and Robin, Kody is also married to Janelle Brown and Kristen Brown.
As you probably know by now, Kristen was the first to end her plural marriage, announcing her split from Kody in November 2021… after more than 25 years of marriage.
Janelle is the second sister wife to leave, confirming that she separated from Kody in December 2022.
Meri soon followed, leaving Robin as Cody’s only legal wife. And only the wife, period.
As for how Robin feels about the end of her unusually large family at this point? Merry wasn’t entirely sure.
“I feel like she was devastated. I feel like she had this in mind when she came to this diverse family. I really do,” Meri tried to explain on the podcast.
“But then things didn’t add up. I got that from Cody, too. It was like things… there was a lot of confusion.
Meri had a brief boyfriend a few months ago, but the relationship didn’t last long.
Still, Meri is focused on what’s to come, not what happened before.
“I’m moving forward with my life now,” Meri told an audience on July 29. He added at the time:
“I still need them to be involved in certain aspects of my life, but my day-to-day life is my best friend, my day-to-day life is the people who help me move forward, and I don’t want to interact with people who can’t help me move forward.”
Sounds like a great attitude to us!
We wish Meri Brown good luck.
