Ryan’s estranged wife, Andrea Selina VelardeLast week, she headed straight to court to request a TRO… accusing her superstar ex of becoming increasingly out of control and erratic.
Andrea claimed in the filing that on July 19, Ryan showed up at a restaurant where she was dining with her siblings, causing a disturbance that threatened her brother and caused them to leave. She said he followed her home and sat outside in the car for 10 minutes.
She also claimed that Ryan sent her harassing text messages two days later… allegedly telling her that if she didn’t call him, he would “hit” her brother.
Andrea said in the documents that Ryan allegedly texted her… “This is f**king war… I want to murder your… brother. I can’t wait. We’re going to kill him.” She also Claims he texted her… “I will kill your father and your brother at the same time.”
She claims she told Ryan she would get a restraining order, but Ryan said she wouldn’t get one because he had to pay the judge.
What’s more, Andrea claims Ryan has been harassing her on social media… and humiliating her in front of his many fans. She even claimed he was threatened with sharing their private sex tape.

Under the order, Ryan is prohibited from coming within 100 yards of Andrea, their two children, her brother or her parents. He was also ordered to move out of the home and must delete or destroy any explicit photos or videos he may have of Andrea.
However, it sounds like the order may be very short-lived… as Andrea says she has contacted her attorney about rescinding the TRO.
As for Garcia, 25, he admits he’s been dealing with issues and made mistakes… but insists he’s never had a physical fight with his ex and loves his family.
If Andrea retains the TRO, a hearing will be held next month.
