Aziza moved halfway around the world to marry Mike. Now, her husband is about to be released from prison and likely to serve a lengthy sentence.
Jury finds Mike Eloshway guilty
90 Day Fiance alum Michael Eloshway was found guilty on two CSAM-related charges.
according to cleveland.com, his charges stem from receiving, distributing and possessing prohibited media, including sexual abuse of a minor. At least one of the victims was under 12 years old.

In June, Eloshway’s lawyer argued in court that his client conducted a general search of torrent files. Apparently, the content he downloaded contained horrible and illegal files that were not indexed.

Is it possible to accidentally download outrageous material involving child abuse? Almost certain. That’s the argument of his lawyers, who claim Elocheway deleted the documents after discovering them. But it sounds like prosecutors don’t think that’s what Mike Eloshway did.
’90 Day Fiancé’ alum’s indictment is harsh
The June 24, 2023 indictment accuses Mike Eloshway of “knowingly receiving and distributing…descriptions of actual minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.”
Authorities claim he committed the crime between February 2022 and March 2023.
Investigators also discovered that as of May 9, 2023, he owned a computer containing CSAM.

It is important to emphasize that Aziza is an adult woman. And, as far as we know, the two never even spoke until she came of age. This is related to 90 day fiancé Especially Evelyn and David.
And, to be clear, even a very young adult is different from a child. Not to mention the prepubescent victim or victims that Mike Eloshway allegedly knowingly hosted.
As for Aziza, it’s unclear if they are still a couple. They become parents together, which is uncomfortable considering Aziza’s future and his crimes.
Mike deactivated his social media. Aziza has made her message private. In this case, it makes sense.
