In documents filed Wednesday and obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Frederick R. Overpeck Said he was working as security at Dickies Arena, Ft. Voss was directed on July 20, and more specifically, he was directed to work at the backstage meet-and-greet where the alleged fight occurred.

Overpeck’s lawsuit supports four plaintiffs’ version of events, alleging Chris ordered his crew— including Dallas-born rap star Yella Beezy — “fuck ’em” … even describing the scene as a “prison yard beating!!!”
He claimed he witnessed a 300-pound henchman squish one of the men like a bug, and said he was punched and kicked by the Breeze when he tried to intervene.
Overpeck says he’s a 58-year-old father who works two jobs and doesn’t even know who Chris is… but claims Chris’s punch left him with cracked vertebrae in his neck and severe hip injuries.
He filed a lawsuit seeking at least $15 million in damages.
