Ana Navarro says George Clooney owes Democrats a ‘big check’ over Biden exit

See, the political strategist went off on the A-list star on Monday’s episode of “The View,” where they discussed Biden’s historic decision. Anna said she was angry on Biden’s behalf because many of his friends had stalled him for weeks, essentially forcing his hand.

Specifically, she called out donors who were hyping Biden before he dropped out…and therefore, Anna said, these people should thank the President of the United States by writing “a big check” to the party.

Anna didn’t hesitate to name names either…she stared into the camera and said George was a prime example of a loud donor who needs to cheer up right now.

However, Anna’s partner Sarah Haynes Don’t necessarily agree with her views as she defends George’s decision to speak out.

Sarah said: “When you’re talking about the most important job in the world, there’s room for criticism and I don’t think those columns from friends, even George Clooney, were really touching and beautifully written.”
