16 & Pregnant fans are mourning the death of Autumn Crittendon, and despite information from her family, the cause remains a mystery.
The Virginia Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed Autumn’s death at the age of 27 on Monday, July 22.
She is the second 16 years old and pregnant The star died this year, with Sean Gallinger passing away in February.
Our hearts break for her family, including her young children.

Her sister reportedly confirmed the news in a lengthy and heartfelt post on social media the night before. However, the post has been deleted.
Sources revealed that the stepfather found Autumn unconscious in his bedroom.
She lives with him, her mother, and her three children, Drake, Abigail, and Luke.
When paramedics arrived at their Virginia home, they attempted CPR. Their efforts were unsuccessful.
The cause of her death remains under investigation and authorities have yet to issue a formal statement. However, sources who spoke to TMZ tried to fill in some blanks.
Autumn’s health and her ongoing issues
The website reports they were told Autumn was ill and had recently complained of heartburn. The condition was getting worse and she was going to see a doctor.
Sources say the new development comes after she was diagnosed with kidney problems and diabetes. Apparently there was some concern about her blood pressure, too.
Clearly, all of this points to the need for investigation.
