A woman accused of fatally shooting a 7-month-old baby on a Philadelphia street has been arrested … and TMZ has obtained her mugshot.
Dominic Billips The 28-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, violations of the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA) and related offenses, according to a press release from the Philadelphia Police Department.
PPD said they arrested Bilipps without incident on Friday, the day after the shooting.

As we reported… the viral video shows two parents walking with their children when a woman approaches, start shooting at them. The man immediately ran away, leaving the woman and baby to fend for themselves.
The woman screamed “my baby,” while the gunman – alleged to be Billips – yelled “F*** your baby, b***h” before running toward the same man who also fled in a panic Mother shoots.

Police tell us the shooting occurred after the couple got into an argument with the woman, resulting in the baby being shot in the leg.
The baby was treated at the hospital and is in stable condition, but police said the child is still receiving treatment.
