Tom Sandoval Says he has no intention of suing his ex Ariana Maddixis now withdrawing the lawsuit … blaming one of his attorneys.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star took to social media Thursday to clarify his legal action against AM and countersued her in the case Rachel Levis Filed lawsuit against him and Ariana over alleged revenge porn incident – and made it clear… it was a mistake.
Tom claims one of his attorneys told him about the cross-complaint and allegedly told him the document he was about to file was customary… Tom said he urged him to sign the document, which Tom said he did. …..Although it was unintentional, at least that’s what he insisted on.
He added, “The words ‘new litigation’ or ‘indictment’ were not made clear to me. I should have done more due diligence on this matter.” TS went on to say that after realizing what he had done, he The lawyers involved were fired.
Tom added, “I will never sue Ariana. The lawsuit filed against Ariana on my behalf is being removed. I have no ill will or revenge against Ariana.”
He concluded by saying that now that he was withdrawing the filing… he wanted the case to be completed more quickly, noting that he and Ariana just wanted to keep moving past Scandoval. In fact, it’s been a long journey… and his apparent “Wednesday salvo” came out of nowhere.
As we reported… Tom sues Ariana – Rachel in Rachel’s civil case – He made serious accusations against Ariana…including the idea that she allegedly copied nude photos of Rachel from Tom’s phone and distributed them without permission .
Now, he’s taking it all back…and it sounds like he’ll voluntarily drop the lawsuit soon.
