Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman So happy for the world to see their new sitcom, happy place.
McEntire, 69, and her longtime friend and co-star, 51, spoke about reuniting after more than 17 years on the latest series during a Television Critics Association panel on Sunday. Reba to the end. The show also marks McEntire’s successful return to situation comedy, which she told viewers she’s more than happy to do.
“I love the situation comedy genre. Of all the things I get to do, this is my favorite,” sound the coach said. “Being able to work with these guys, that’s the icing on the cake.”

I knew she would have my back – whether we worked together again or not, she was always on my side and she knew I [on] her.
