Sven Ahrens, Chief Growth Officer
Ahrens serves as Chief Growth Officer of Muse Group and has extensive experience in global business development and strategic growth plans. Ahrens most recently led Spotify’s global user and subscription growth team, driving the majority of the company’s annual revenue growth through a highly successful acquisition program coupled with its famous “Year in Review” event. During his eight years at Spotify, Ahrens also built a global team of strategy and operations managers focused on driving regional implementation of Spotify’s strategy.
As Muse Group’s chief growth officer, Ahrens will focus on growing the user and subscriber base of the company’s applications and web-based consumer products. He will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, software developers, growth marketers and data scientists to drive strategic initiatives to drive acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement and retention. His responsibilities include discovering new market opportunities, optimizing user acquisition pipelines and enhancing product offerings through data-driven insights.

Debbie Dickerman, Chief Financial Officer
Diekelman is an experienced financial strategist who joined Hal Leonard in 2018, most recently as the company’s chief operating officer and financial officer, and has been promoted to chief financial officer of Muse Group. Diekelman has served as a financial officer for the past 24 years and has extensive experience in operational and financial strategy and optimization, acquisition due diligence and integration. Dickerman will direct the company’s financial strategy and functions, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, governance and compliance, and forecasting.

Mohamed “Mo” Zahedi, Chief Operating Officer
Chahdi joins Muse Group as Chief Operating Officer with a proven operational and leadership career. Chahdhi was previously global vice president of business transformation and employee experience at ASX-listed artificial intelligence solutions provider Appen, where he helped develop and implement the company’s transformation vision and key value creation strategies, while leading the implementation of people and culture initiatives.
During his nearly 20-year career at Dell Technologies, Chahdhi held a variety of leadership positions focused on talent and people operations. He has helped increase technology adoption and automation, delivering enhanced experiences at scale to the company’s 50,000 employees.
As Muse Group’s Operating Officer, Chahdi will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations and help guide the continued integration between Hal Leonard and Muse Group to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
