9:30 a.m. Pacific time ——The police just released Gary A. Myers‘Photos and the charges he faces.
The Philadelphia Police Department said Myers was booked with indecent assault, indecent exposure, public indecency and harassment.
A Philadelphia man accused of masturbating on a woman’s legs inside a Dollar Tree store has turned himself in … with police and even a rapper chasing him Meek Milllaunched a search for him.
Police confirmed that Gary A. Miles, 35, of Southwest Philadelphia, voluntarily turned himself in to authorities Wednesday night and is in custody. video, and then he took this action.

Myers was known to have been hanging out in the area before…Store employees told police they had seen him in the plaza where the incident occurred and at the nearby I-95 underpass.
As we reported, the search for Myers began after the victim was rescued. Video goes viral. At the end of the video, she shows what appears to be semen on her calf.
The footage was so shocking that even Meek Mill got involved, posting “Let’s Play Manhunt” and offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the suspect. Now, though, it appears he won’t need to give up the money.
