A post-match dispute between two Brazilian football clubs quickly escalated when a police officer fired a rubber bullet into a player’s leg at close range… and the wild scene was caught on video.
The incident happened after a regional club match between Gremio Sporting Club Annapolis and the Sistero Center on Wednesday night. A scuffle reportedly broke out after Centro’s 2-1 win globo brazil.

Soon after, the police got involved…and things took a turn. In footage from the scene…you can see a law enforcement officer push a player away and then point a non-lethal weapon at the group. Suddenly, a rubber bullet was shot… and hit the Gremio Annapolis goalkeeper Ramon Sousa On the thigh.
The goalkeeper immediately limped out of the area as the police officer appeared to laugh at him. Suza was treated at the scene for excessive blood loss…and transported to a local hospital.
The club condemned the behavior in a post on Instagram and called on those responsible to take responsibility.
“A man who should have cared about the safety and integrity of people at Jonas Duarte Stadium committed a horrific and unbelievable crime,” the team wrote.

The team also gave an update on Souza’s condition… saying he is not at risk of losing his life or leg.
As for the police, they said they are investigating the incident.
