TMZ has obtained court documents from the case… JT claims Hart initially made baseless accusations about his role in the filming and distribution of the infamous 2017 sex tape, which apparently featured the comedian having sex with Mundya Sabbagh.
Jackson said the two reached a settlement in 2021, with Hart agreeing to publicly apologize and help restore Jackson’s public reputation.
JT said they had a public statement written that Kevin would release – but, when the time came, Jackson claimed Hart deviated from the prepared statement… including JT saying what Kevin was asked to say in Jackson’s settlement agreement part has nothing to do with any alleged racketeering conspiracy.
