Autumn Dali — A 2001 Big Brother 2 contestant was arrested in Texas on theft charges… TMZ has learned.
Police arrested Daley on burglary charges last month in Lewisville, Texas. Police said they found AD after tracking her car to a local retail store she owned called Encore! Encore!
An officer asked her if she had any warrants and they said she confirmed there were. Police said Autumn said she had a pending warrant but didn’t have one yet – so they arrested her.
Autumn was charged with theft of $30,000 to $150,000 in connection with an incident that occurred in 2023. She posted a $2,500 bond.
As for the alleged theft itself… we reached out to police for more information, but they declined to release any additional information, noting that this is an active investigation.
We reached out to Autumn for comment and she told TMZ … “This was an attempt at revenge by a former business partner who sued me in civil court and lost. It won’t last and I’m in the process of suing .
