Alec Baldwin He’s about to go on trial for a fatal shooting on the set of the Rust movie… and he’s already in New Mexico for a pretrial hearing.
Check out the first photo of Alec in the Santa Fe County District Court courtroom on Monday… Wearing a suit, tie and thick black glasses, he sat with his defense team and crossed his arms over his chest forward.
Alec seemed well aware of the cameras – the trial would be broadcast live – and at one point he leaned over to one of his lawyers and whispered something in his ear.

In October 2021, Alec was rehearsing a scene when a live bullet was fired from the gun he was using, killing Halina and wounding the director Joel Souza.
