Taylor Swift debuted a new look on her ever-evolving “Eras” tour … but Swifties seemed confused as to what the outfit meant.
The singer took to the stage at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on Thursday night and appeared to debut a new outfit from her “1989” era.
Check it out…Taylor performed her hit “Style” in a sparkly blue crop top and red-orange skirt, and Swift couldn’t get enough of her. Many fans were quick to point out that this is a combination she hasn’t worn yet… as she recently changed up her look for this particular part of her record-breaking tour.
Dutch fans were quick to praise Taylor’s style… as they believe she paid homage to the Netherlands in the blue and red-orange ensemble. If you didn’t know, the Dutch flag was originally blue, white, and orange…eventually red replaced the orange on the flag.
However, since Taylor’s concert falls on the Fourth of July – one of the singer’s favorite holidays – American Swifties believe the outfit is in honor of America’s birthday.

Taylor has two more shows in the Netherlands, so she will miss the holiday weekend this year. Grammy is known for hosting lavish Fourth of July parties at her Watch Mountain mansion…often inviting her celebrity friends to parties at her impressive mansion.
