Thomas Markle has never met his and Meghan Markle’s grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet.
Even though Thomas has no experience with the young royals, he still believes he knows what’s best for them.
Meghan’s estranged father has basically made a career out of criticizing his daughter and trying to destroy her reputation.
So we probably shouldn’t be surprised when Thomas once again tries to boost his public image by tearing up his daughter.
This time, he was even less critical than usual, focusing on her parenting skills.
Thomas Markle says Archie and Lilibet were denied their ‘birthright’
most recently visited daily mail It starts innocently enough, with Thomas commenting that Archie and Lilibet “look like great kids.”
But things later took a turn when Thomas criticized his daughter’s decision to cut them out of royal life.
Thomas said it was his grandchildren’s “birthright” to deny Archie and Lilbert the opportunity to “participate in events such as military parades.”
“They’re reaching the age where they start asking questions, like all kids do,” Thomas said.
“I find myself wondering how Archie and Lilibet will feel years from now when they realize all the things they missed out on.”
Thomas Markle says he’s happy to negotiate with King Charles
When asked about King Charles’ cancer diagnosis and Harry and Meghan’s reaction to the news, Thomas revealed he wanted to have a conversation with the monarch.
“I’d love to talk to him because I’m sure he has as many unanswered questions as I do,” Thomas said.
“I have so many questions for Meghan and Harry. Mainly, why do they treat not only me but the royal family and the king so poorly?” he continued.
Thomas added that he was deeply sympathetic to Charles’ recent health issues.
Meghan’s father has faced health issues of his own in recent years.
In fact, he was known to have missed the royal wedding due to a heart attack, but this was later proven to be false.
His other daughter, Samantha Markle, blamed Meghan for her father’s health issues.
He never stood up and tried to stop Samantha from attacking Megan. Instead, he usually joins in with some vitriolic opinions.
So if he wants to know why he doesn’t have a close relationship with his grandchildren, he should probably start by looking at his own behavior!
