The 23,000 sqm site is located in a converted factory complex in the Alcantara area and offers a range of independent Portuguese retail concepts, food and beverage venues, outdoor bars, live music, cultural events and art installations.
ASM Global will now oversee operations of two main venues, Fabrica XL and Fabrica L, with a capacity of 2,870 people. In addition, ASM Global will manage the associated outdoor bar, terrace and gallery space to provide food and drink to visitors.
