Sources familiar with the matter tell TMZ… Nicola has hired a legal team and plans to go after an upstate New York-based beauty company that was involved in the work at the home where Nora was staying before she experienced a fatal medical emergency. Serving her puppies.

We’re told Nora had a check-up with her long-term vet before her trip to New York and was deemed healthy… which is why her sudden death came as such a shock to Nicola.
It is reported that Nicola and her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, Have been a beautician customer with no issues…use this beautician occasionally when in town with family.
This time, however, there were a lot of red flags… On June 14, several of their dogs were acting strangely after the grooming service. One by one they were thrown away. Sources say Nora is the last to return and is in a very bad state.
When Nala gasped with a blue tongue, Nicola rushed the Chihuahua to an emergency vet… where she died hours later. We’re told veterinary records show Nora had fluid in her lungs, a crazy heart rate and neurological problems before she died.
As Nora had no underlying health issues, there was no reason for her to die after a simple grooming session… which is why Nicola took legal action. The actress’ legal feud has nothing to do with money…rather, she wants to prevent similar tragedies from happening.

Nicola – a staunch animal rights activist – wants to know about Nora’s time with the groomer, but we’re told there are no cameras in the grooming van… raising questions about what exactly is going on in the van question.
