Al-Chamaa’s impressive career includes his most recent roles as Senior Vice President (SVP) and Head of A&R and Publishing for AVEX USA. During his tenure, he was instrumental in restructuring the company’s A&R and creative departments. He brokered major signings such as Afrobeat Stars victory and hit songwriter/producer Jasper Harris (famous for Tate McCrea’s Greed) and gentleman! (producer of Doja Cat’s hit single “Agora Hills”). Al-Chamaa also works with Ryan Tedder’s Runner Music Publishing.

He is also the power behind A&R Noah Cyrus during her July/The end of everything EP, which has accumulated over 1.2 billion streams under the RECORDS/Columbia label.
