Just days before his family meets Taylor Swift and Prince William in London, Jason Kelce said some real but undiplomatic things about kings and the monarchy.
It seems he has now reconsidered his opinion.

On this week’s episode with Travis and Jason Kelce new heights In the podcast, athletes reflect on their royal encounters.
The Kelce brothers met Swift during the first weekend of summer when they performed at Wembley Stadium.
Due to the privilege of birth, Prince William was able to meet Taylor, her boyfriend and her “brother-in-law” Jason Kyles. (To be clear, he is not actually her BIL)
Despite Jason’s previous “f–k king” attitude, his interactions with people left a very positive impression on him.
“I have to say, Prince William was great to meet him,” Jason recalled.
“But the highlight is Princess Charlotte,” he praised afterwards.

Charlotte is the 9-year-old daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton. She is their second child.
“She’s so cute,” Jason praised.
“I don’t know, maybe it’s because I have three daughters now,” he continued. He and his wife, Kylie Kelce, have three daughters. “She’s enthusiastic and she’s asking questions.”
“Last episode, I think I was quoted as saying ‘f–k royalty,'” Jason recalled more or less accurately on the podcast.
“He’s so cool,” he later praised Prince William. This was quite a PR coup for William, as he didn’t enjoy any such reputation.
So, is Prince William a “cool” guy?
Prince William is rumored to have exciting but shocking interests.
But with the same rumors accusing him of adultery (and his wife now known to have cancer), that’s not really a point in his favor.
Now he has two American celebrity athletes gushing above him. William hasn’t had such adoring fans across the pond in some twenty years.
“He’s so cool,” Travis Kelce raved about William. “Obviously, we met him backstage. He was with little George and Charlotte.
Like his brother, he praised: “It’s great to see them.”
Travis later admitted: “Not sure if I should bow to them, curtsy, and just shake their hands like an American idiot.”
