Boyd Tinsley is facing new legal woes — as the famed violinist was arrested for DUI after an alleged run-in with another car … TMZ has learned.

Obviously, this account is a little fuzzy – but we have video of Tinsley interacting with police at the scene and have a better idea of what may have happened here.
Witnesses said Boyd allegedly hit a Corvette with his Escalade… and two drivers pulled over to assess the damage. However, we’re told that when another driver peered into BT’s state of mind… they thought something was wrong and called the police to make sure – and you know the rest.
According to records obtained by TMZ … Boyd was booked around 9:30 p.m. and released about an hour later after posting bond.
The feud comes four months after Boyd was hit with a lawsuit in 2018 in which the former Crystal Garden band member was accused James Frost-Wynn claim BT sexually harassed him. The DMB announced that Boyd would no longer be affiliated with the organization following the charges.
Boyd denied the allegations in the 2018 lawsuit and said he planned to defend himself in court … but later reached an out-of-court settlement with James in June 2019. At that time Boyd was again indicted for violating the PROTECT Act.
We tried to contact Boyd… but were unsuccessful.
