According to popular X accounts @tswifterastourWembley Stadium offered Swifties the chance to sample “ranch-looking chicken tenders and chips,” a response to the same X account who tweeted a photo of the pop star on September 24, 2023 Recognition of news hedging actions taken. Travis Kelcethe Kansas City Chiefs take on the visiting Chicago Bears.
In that photo, Swift hugs a fan while sitting at a tall table. There was also a plate of chicken tenders and two sauces. X account @tswifterastour described it, “Taylor Swift eating a piece of chicken with ketchup that looks like ranch!”
The tweet has been viewed more than 35 million times, sparking a marketing firestorm. Just two days after this tweet, Heinz declare It’s releasing a limited-edition bottle to introduce “ketchup and ranch.”
Even the Empire State Building got involved, tweeting a photo of the New York City landmark a few days later pay tribute to “ketchup and seemingly ranch.”
For better measure, Merriam-Webster Dictionary Reply Tweets to “Looks like a ranch” are defined as:
“Seemingly | adverb | apparently or apparently —> used to indicate how something appears or looks.”
Hence, “looks like a pasture”. Hey, maybe it’s the mayonnaise!
Swift will perform at Wembley Arena from June 21 to 23, then again on August 15 to 17 and August 19 to 20.
