LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Creative Artists Agency (CAA) announced this week Elizabeth Morrison has been appointed global head of inclusion, recruitment and development. Morrison, who previously served as chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer and vice president of global talent management at Levi Strauss & Co., will spearhead CAA’s ongoing efforts to create an inclusive and equitable workplace. She will work out of CAA’s Los Angeles office, directing teams across all offices and departments.
Morrison brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having made significant contributions to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives at major companies. At Levi Strauss & Co., she launched groundbreaking professional effectiveness and talent development programs and released the company’s first global DE&I impact report.
Shirley Sage Schwartz, CAA’s chief human resources officer highlighted Morrison’s role in shaping the agency’s culture: “CAA’s company culture and employee experience are integral to the work we do to serve our clients. Prior to her tenure at Levi Strauss & Co., Morrison held key roles at Live Nation, where she drove the company’s DE&I efforts, earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and received Best Places to Work certification. Additionally, Morrison drove diversity and inclusion initiatives at Campbell Soup Company and Comcast NBCUniversal, and began her career in public relations for the American Red Cross.
