Originally from Asiago, Italy, Glenda began her professional training in various dance projects throughout Italy. She then decided to move to the UK to further her education at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds. She graduated with a first class honors degree in 2018 and that autumn became a member of VERVE19, a junior dance company directed by Matthew Robinson. In August 2019, she completed her MA in Contemporary Dance Performance. In January 2020, Glenda became a backup dancer with Scottish Dance Theater in Dundee. During her artistic career, Glenda has performed with Sharon Eyal, Maxine Doyle, Noah Zucker, Emmanuel Gate, Roser Lopez Es Pinosa, Sofia Napi, Bertis Seva, Joan Clavere, Ben Wright, Theo Clinkard, Colette Sadler, Mailer Blooms, Works by Jenny Harrington et al. In June 2023, Glenda moved back to Italy to join the company Komoco, led by Sofia Nappi. She is currently touring two productions with them: “IMA” and “PUPO”. Since 2020, Glenda has been developing her teaching practice, leading courses and workshops in Italy and across the UK. Over the past two years, she has also continued to discover her artistic voice as a choreographer.
The workshop is held exclusively for SHARE The Dance Intense. Dancers submitting applications will need to possess strong dance technique and physical fitness and/or any other background that supports their participation in this workshop.
Each day will begin with a warm-up session led by Glenda Gheller on the creative process tools used at KOMOCO, and then continue with repertoire workshops on the work of the company.

All applicants must be professional or semi-professional dancers, movers or performers and be at least 16 years old.
You must provide a link to a dance video (Vimeo or Youtube) of up to 1 minute, either an impromptu dance or a solo dance. There is no collective work. No Instagram or Facebook link.
A complete and detailed resume needs to be uploaded (maximum 15MB) or via a web link (Google Drive, website, etc.)
We will send a response via email within 3 days of receiving your application form. You will have 7 days to pay your tuition after our email is sent. All unpaid applications will be canceled at 9am on the 8th day. You can pay via credit card or offline bank transfer.

Eden Cafe is open from Monday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm and serves a variety of hot and cold drinks throughout the day. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious. Everything is organic and made on site.
