MIAMI (CelebrityAccess) – Rapper Travis Scott has reportedly been arrested on trespassing and alcohol charges following an alleged incident on a Miami Beach pier.
Law enforcement officers were called to the Miami Beach Pier where they allegedly found Scott standing on the dock yelling at passengers on the boat, CBS Miami reported.
The responding officer noticed that Scott appeared to be intoxicated.
“Officers at the scene could smell a strong odor of alcohol. [Scott’s] The report states, according to the Miami Herald.
The owner of the boat reportedly did not want to press charges against Scott but asked police to remove him from the boat.
Police reported that as they escorted Scott off the property, he continued to cause a disturbance.
“During the long walk from the boat to the boardwalk, the defendant walked backwards and yelled obscenities at passengers on the boat,” the Herald reported, citing a police report.
Scott then got into a waiting car and left, but returned five minutes later and began walking back to the yacht, at which time he was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing and intoxication disorder, police reports state.
Miami-Dade Correctional Facility online records show Scott, whose real name is Jacques Webster, posted bail and was released.
