It’s certainly possible! An influential celebrity, rather than a waiter or other employee who relies on tips to survive, might actually enjoy her coming to town.
The idea was for the singer to move to Nashville (albeit temporarily) and start the project. She does not have a national qualification, but she can borrow money from someone who does.
Frankly, it’s unclear how well Jennifer Lopez will do in the country circuit. She’s from the Bronx.
Beyoncé is from Texas, and in addition to the racist backlash, she’s found that fans who love her aren’t always willing to follow her into different musical genres. Not if they didn’t like it in the first place.
