Lauren Thomas
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CelebrityAccess) — Sony Music Nashville has announced the promotion of Lauren “LT” Thomas to senior vice president of promotions.
In his newly promoted role, Thomas will be responsible for day-to-day promotions at RCA and Columbia. She will report to Steve Hodges, executive vice president of promotion, and will continue to collaborate with him on all national promotion strategies and initiatives.
Thomas joined Nashville-based Sony Music in 2009 and has since held a variety of roles in promotions, recording nearly 80 No. 1 albums during her career. Most recently, Thomas oversaw promotions for the Columbia Nashville roster and all-female staff.
In addition to his work with Sony Music Nashville, Thomas currently serves on the advisory board of St. Jude Country Cares Records.
