Justin Timberlake welcomes back to hotel where he drank before driving drunk

justin timberlake His DUI arrest in the Hamptons hasn’t lost any of its luster — and the luxury hotel where he drank before his arrest says the singer’s legal troubles won’t prevent him from getting a table or a room.

As we reported… JT dined with friends at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY on Monday night before arriving Arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. He told police he had only had one martini before driving.

Ted ConklinOwners of US hotels told TMZ … the hotel will welcome Justin back with open arms and they have no plans to ban him – mostly because he’s been a model customer there.

Ted said Justin was a “great guest and a good guy.”

Of course, he’s also a big celebrity, hanging out in an area known as a summer hotspot for the rich and famous. Not surprisingly, hotel owners say they respect their customers’ privacy.

There were reports that Justin got drunk at the restaurant and drank someone else’s drink at the bar. We asked Ted about it and he wouldn’t reveal any details about Justin’s visit…other than to say that the restaurant didn’t over-serve him and the staff were well behaved.

Justin in his Gray BMW SUV as he left a party with friends at the hotel. Police said they observed him blowing a stop sign and swerving on the road, which is when he was pulled over.

The hotel is located around the corner from the local police station.

Although police said Justin claimed he had only had one drink, the arresting officer claimed he smelled of alcohol, spoke slowly, and Congestion/glazed eyesight. He spent the night in jail before being arraigned and released Tuesday morning.
