The Sag Harbor Police Department released a photo of the Grammy winner after it was revealed that he was arrested for DUI in New York.
The photo appears to support the theory that he had been drinking that night.

Justin Timberlake spent the night in a Long Island jail after Sag Harbor police arrested the pop star around midnight on June 18.
Police reports say his 2025 BMW was winding down the road when he was pulled over after running a stop sign. Media reports immediately described Justin as looking “bleary-eyed” or that his eyes looked “bloodshot,” but it wasn’t until the department released a photo of him that fans were able to make that decision for themselves.
Sag Harbor Police Chief Robert Drake said in a statement, “On June 18, 2024, at 12:37 a.m., Justin R. Timberlake, 43, of Tennessee, ) was found driving a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failed to run a properly posted stop sign and failed to maintain its lane, an officer with the Sag Harbor Village Police Department initiated a traffic stop, an investigation determined. , Mr. Timberlake was driving the vehicle while intoxicated.
“I had a martini and followed my friends home,” Timberlake allegedly told police before failing a field sobriety test. He allegedly refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
