Melanie George (photo by JD Urban) |
This bright, cool-toned photo features Melanie George in the foreground and a blurry white door that’s ajar in the background. Melanie is a black woman with brown skin and curly hair and is pictured from the chest up. She turns slightly to the left and stares into the camera with a playful, reserved smile. She wore bright red lipstick and nail polish, and her fingertips lightly touched her sternum. Melanie wore a long-sleeved jumper that zipped up the center, with a white base and a lively botanical print. The print consists of a variety of solid-color shapes—red, silver, navy and burgundy—each with elongated lines emanating from a central point. She wore thin metal hexagonal earrings that hung an inch below her earlobes.
