Alexandra BelleArtistic Director of Alexandra Beller/Dances (2002-present) and a member of the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company from 1995 to 2001. Alexandra has created over 50 original dance theater works that have been performed in theaters across the United States and with companies in Korea, Hong Kong, Oslo and Cyprus. She has created dance theater productions for over 45 universities across the United States.
Alexandra currently choreographs primarily for theater. She taught at Princeton University from 2015 to 2022 and has taught in the Laban Movement Institute, HB Studios, and UWM graduate programs. Alexandra holds a BFA/Dance, MFA/Choreography, and CMA (Certified Movement Analyst).
