Danny Brown began his career in 2007 by distributing mixtapes in his hometown of Detroit. In 2011, he released his second album to critical acclaim. XXX. Since then, he’s collaborated with rappers like Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, and JPEGMafia, but he’s also collaborated with electronic bands like Purity Ring and The Avalanches, and penned a verse for a Korn remix.
when i first heard him XXX After coming out, I was really attracted to his voice. I also appreciate that, considering how young so many artists these days are when they really become famous, Danny Brown’s career really started to take off in his late 30s. He released his sixth album, forty2023.
